Albert was the Council President in Edelstein before the Black Wings took over and installed Anthony as Council President. After Albert was forced out of the Council, the Black Wings kidnapped his daughter Gabrielle to blackmail him to keep quiet of whats going on in the Council now. He knows that she is being fed since she isn't dead yet, but is afraid of how she is being cared for under the Black Wings.
