Completed	Francis's Diary contained a full account of the formation of the Black Wings, and even a picture of their commander. However, you know there were originally 2 Wing Masters. They were twins, but only Orchid is in the picture. Where could Lotus be?

Procedure	Click on the light-bulb above your head. Enter the left portal at Power Plant Lobby to go to Francis's Room. Click on Francis's Diary in Francis's Room. Click on the book above your head.
